Quilt Retreat at Camp Twinlow-Twin Lakes, Idaho

This past weekend I was fortunate enough to be able to attend a quilt retreat with my quilt group the Frayed Edges. I was also blessed to be able to take a good friend with me who I have met through my MOMS Club. After days of planning and packing we headed out Friday morning after we got the dads squared away with the kids. After a quick stop for coffee, we headed out Trent to Camp Twinlow on Twin Lakes, Idaho for 3 days of quilting, food and friendship.
Our quilt group has been going to Camp Twinlow for the past 5 years, fall and spring. Camp Twinlow has a wonderful 2 story retreat facility on the edge of it’s main summer camp. Each floor is equipped with 7 hotel/dorm style rooms which have a set of bunk beds and one queen bed plus a private bath; a full kitchen; and a large meeting area.
Camp Twinlow will provide meals for you, but we choose to provide our own meals by pairing up and each bringing a meal. That way we get the maximum amount of quilt and talk time in before we have to go back to our families.
